Weverse Digital vs Fanclub Membership: Presale Guide
For a fanclub presale, look for the exact official fanclub membership named in the concert notice. Weverse Digital Membership is a separate subscription for digital features; it is not a substitute for that fanclub product.
Buying the right membership may still leave another step: applying for the presale or entering a ticket raffle. This guide separates the product, the online member card and the event application, using official KATSEYE and TXT examples.

Two products—and a card with a confusing name
Weverse’s Digital Membership launch notice explicitly separates the service from official memberships sold through Weverse Shop. Its current subscription FAQ describes a monthly subscription for an artist community.
| Name you see | What it means | For a fanclub presale |
|---|---|---|
| Digital Membership | A monthly digital-feature subscription. Current benefits include video ad removal, automatic subtitles and VOD offline saving; availability varies by community. | Do not treat this as proof that you bought the official fanclub membership. |
| Official fanclub membership | An artist’s named fanclub product, such as EYEKONS Global Membership or MOA MEMBERSHIP. | Match the exact product and region to the event notice, then complete its required application. |
| Online / digital membership card | The on-screen card used to identify a fanclub member. It is a form of proof, rather than another subscription product. | Check which fanclub and region the card represents, plus the event’s display or offline-save rules. |
Digital-feature examples are our English summary of Weverse’s Korean benefits FAQ. Check the benefits offered in your chosen community before subscribing.
For a concrete fanclub example, the MOA MEMBERSHIP product page gives a 365-day validity period and says the membership kit is purchased separately. It also provides auto-payment information. Do not assume a fanclub is always a one-time payment, or that its card and merchandise kit are the same purchase.
Even the same artist can use different presale steps
KATSEYE’s 2025 Beautiful Chaos guide is unusually clear: the EYEKONS Global Membership presale did not apply to KATSEYE Digital Membership. Qualifying fanclub members received a code by email. The notice also said membership did not guarantee tickets.
The 2026 Wildworld notice added a separate Weverse application. Buying the named fanclub product alone was not the whole process.
| Event / route | Membership named | Additional action |
|---|---|---|
| KATSEYE, Beautiful Chaos, 2025 | EYEKONS Global Membership; Digital Membership explicitly excluded. | Meet the membership deadline and receive the presale code by email. |
| KATSEYE, Wildworld, 2026 North America, UK & Europe | EYEKONS Global Membership. | Apply through Weverse during May 13–17, 2026. Membership presale followed on May 20. |
| TXT, STEAL THE WIND, Tokyo & Osaka GLOBAL/US raffle | MOA Membership GLOBAL/US. JP was not eligible for this particular route. | Weverse sign-up September 26–29, then Lawson Ticket entry October 3–7, 2026; dates are JST. |
For UK and European readers, the Wildworld notice also listed an artist presale and an album-related route with a no-purchase sign-up option. Those windows have ended too. The useful habit is to compare the official routes before assuming a paid fanclub is the only way to access tickets.
An online card does not mean “Digital Membership”
The TXT Tokyo and Osaka raffle notice asks for an online fanclub card at identity verification. It rejects screenshots and recommends saving the card offline in the Weverse app. It also requires the fanclub membership to remain valid on the concert day.
Read the whole label. “Digital” may describe how a fanclub card is displayed, while “Digital Membership” names a different paid service. An app badge, a purchase confirmation and a successful event application answer different questions.

Choose the benefit before paying
If you want viewing features, compare the Digital Membership benefits for that community. If you want fanclub presale access, open the concert’s official ticket notice first and note four things: the membership name, accepted region, application deadline and ticketing step. Buy only after those details match the route you intend to use.
Before paying for a fanclub, check the name you enter. Weverse’s name-change FAQ says it cannot ordinarily be changed after payment, with a separate request process for legal name changes such as marriage. A typo is worth resolving before you start using benefits.
You can also stay with a free account if the existing free features meet your needs; Weverse’s service introduction describes Digital Membership as optional. The decision is which benefit you will use—not which paid label looks most official.
